Users kept telling us about problems in the app, and as more people started using it every day, those issues happened more often. Our big shots want to add new stuff to the app from the web at the same time.
One day, our design team and important folks looked at the problems and found out that lots of them were about how easy the app is to use, things look different, and how info is organized. To add cool new features, we realized our current setup isn't good for growing and adjusting to business changes.
We checked out different ideas to fix things, like quick solutions but saw they wouldn't solve all the problems. So, we thought about giving the whole app a makeover to fix the issues, make it work better as we grow, and bring delightful experience to the users.
